This page describes how Ruvza Pet handles information through analytics, newsletter subscriptions, local browser storage and advertising services.
Website analytics
Ruvza Pet uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, such as pages viewed, referral sources, device or browser information, approximate geographic information and interaction events. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide analytics services. Ruvza Pet uses this information to understand and improve the site rather than to identify individual readers.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, the email address you submit is sent through Ruvza Pet's production newsletter webhook and added to the existing Ruvza Pet mailing list in Brevo. The address is used for Ruvza Pet newsletter communications and is not intentionally placed into the separate Ruvza Home mailing list. Newsletter data may be processed by the infrastructure and email providers needed to operate that service.
Local browser storage
Some article interaction controls can use your browser's local storage to remember reaction choices on that device. This local information is not the same as a newsletter subscription and is not used to create a veterinary or medical profile.
Hosting and security logs
Hosting, delivery and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP addresses, request details and timestamps as part of operating, protecting and troubleshooting the website.
Comments
Public comments are currently disabled. If Ruvza Pet enables a commenting service later, this policy should be updated to describe the information that service processes before comments are made available.
Advertising
Ruvza Pet has installed Google AdSense code for site verification and advertising. Advertising may appear after Google approves the site and advertising is enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show personalized ads based on those visits. Advertising may also involve device identifiers or similar technologies for measurement, security and fraud prevention.
You can manage or opt out of Google's personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of personalized advertising from participating third-party vendors. Google's data practices are described in its Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
You can choose not to subscribe to the newsletter, remove locally stored site data through your browser, and use available privacy or consent controls when they are provided. For privacy questions or newsletter removal requests, contact editor@ruvzapet.com.
